By accessing or using the SplitCircle web application at https://splitcircle.tech, our free calculators, or our invitation-only Circle management features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Nature of the Service
SplitCircle is a financial calculation, tracking, and organization utility. SplitCircle is not a registered bank, money transmitter, or custodial financial institution. We provide algorithms and interfaces to calculate debts and display peer-to-peer digital wallet payment information (e.g. eSewa, Khalti, Fonepay QR). All direct payments take place directly between users over their respective banking apps or payment networks.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of expense items entered into shared group ledgers. Any settlement confirmation recorded on SplitCircle represents mutual agreement between participating circle members.
4. Service Availability & Updates
We continuously improve our mathematical models, interfaces, and security controls. We reserve the right to modify or enhance platform features to ensure high reliability and security.
